Responsibilities

 

This role is essential in supporting our Partners and Directors, helping them perform effectively. You will be responsible for assisting 6 to 8 Directors and Partners while working within a collaborative team environment. You’ll also work closely with other assistants to ensure seamless, high-level support.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Provide comprehensive diary management, managing responses and anticipating needs, knowing where the Senior Leadership Team need to be and when.
  • Booking client meetings and lunches both externally and in-house.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally and have strong communication skills.

  • Meet and greet all visitors to Moorhouse and inform the member of staff who is hosting them

  • Coordinate travel/hotel arrangements & create detailed itineraries

  • Submitting expenses for the Partners

  • Assisting with the coordination of team events.

  • Document editing, binding, and producing packs

  • Meeting preparation, managing the online room booking system and provision of refreshments

  • Covering for other PAs and the office support assistant when needed.

  • Ordering catering and managing suppliers for relevant events

  • Assisting ad-hoc with onsite events.

  • Supporting internal projects and initiatives that are key to the continued growth and success of the firm

  • Being a key part of making Moorhouse a successful and fun working environment

  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with other Business Support Team departments

  • Contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace Moorhouse’s social responsibility by integrating responsible practices and upholding ethical standards and awareness in everyday work.

 

The successful candidate must also be able to evidence:

  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • At least 3 years experience of working as a PA/ in a professional office environment
  • Proven experience supporting multiple diaries
  • Successful problem-solving and decision making
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

  • Exceptional communication skills – ability to express yourself clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written communications

  • You will receive a base salary of £45,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
