We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Operating Model team, helping lead the delivery of our client work and supporting the continued growth of our offering. This role is for someone who is excited by the opportunity to lead workstreams on operating model and organisation transformation programmes, own significant scoped deliverables, and work directly with senior client stakeholders. You will also contribute to bids and propositions and play a visible role in internal initiatives that strengthen our team, ways of working and impact.
